Located in a romantic 17th-century manor, this boutique hotel offers a fine dining experience with a modern and well-stocked wine cellar. Its varied architecture provides numerous spaces for private moments or gatherings in the seven rooms, restaurant, gallery, wine cellar, on the terrace or by the pool. The diverse interior is perfect for events, from business meetings to weddings, and gourmet meals.
Chef Mitja Humar reigns in the castle restaurant. He expertly combines Mediterranean and continental flavors, using seasonal ingredients, especially local ones from the Gredič herb garden. The wine cellar offers over 400 wine labels, including wines from the region's most important and unique vineyards. A special experience is a walk through the Champagne Cellar.
This unique wine region offers a wide selection of quality sparkling wines and numerous renowned winemakers. Visitors can enjoy tasting a wide range of local and European sparkling wines, as well as diverse wines from world-renowned cellars in Champagne.
