Chef Petra has brought a fresh perspective and culinary passion to the famous Ljubljana Castle Square, offering a unique dining experience.
Located within is a traditional bread oven, while outside is a garden with a view of Ljubljana Castle, the city's crown jewel. Young chef Petra Kapetanović, known among friends as Peti, opened the restaurant on January 18, 2018, and has incorporated the date and her nickname into the restaurant's name.
This renowned restaurant, Ljubljana Castle, has now been taken over by a younger member of the Kapetanović family, who have been involved in the hospitality industry for decades. You might be greeted with a traditional welcome drink, but you'll soon spot the chef herself, dressed in a traditional white chef's uniform, among the guests.
