Good food is like music, a culinary experience enjoyed in the animated film Ratatouille, as stated by the chef Gusteau. At Harfa, we don't play on strings, but on fresh, daily ingredients, harmoniously orchestrated by a team of nine talented colleagues under the guidance of Boštjan Pavli.
The desire of almost every ambitious chef is to have their own orchestra, their own restaurant where they can showcase their skills and talents. Boštjan Pavli, the owner and head chef of Harfa, has always dreamed of this.
The Harfa restaurant opened its doors in November 2007. The secret to the restaurant's success, besides the daily, satisfied guests, has also been confirmed by the Izbor kakovosti award in Ljubljana, which the MOL turizem Ljubljana awards for achieving high standards in terms of food quality, service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Harfa has received this award since 2010, in the category of top restaurants.
Boštjan Pavli is proud of his staff and his dishes, and especially proud of the cuisine at Harfa.
