We serve Kranjska klobasa with fresh bread, zeflom (a type of sauerkraut), and horseradish, and you can even take it home with you.
Original Kranjska klobasa are now protected. The quality of this sausage and the knowledge behind its production has been repeatedly confirmed, including a gold medal and diploma at the 1932 Brussels World Exhibition for Rozman butchers from Ljubljana.
