The Marina Hotel Restaurant boasts a long culinary tradition. Seafood lovers will be delighted by the dishes of Chef Ivica Evačić (Ivek). He adapts his recipes to the seasons, selecting only the best raw materials from local suppliers, cooking using a live cuisine approach without heating or flavor enhancers.
His slogan is 'from the sea to the plate' all seafood is fresh and daily catch. He relies primarily on natures gifts, so you may not always find certain dishes on the menu nature decides, and we follow it.
A special touch is the homemade cold-pressed olive oil from its own grove, which is the basis for culinary masterpieces.
