Located on the edge of Bohinjska Bistrica, near the campsite which has received an exceptional number of awards due to its sustainable operation, the newly built Gostišče Danica has recently opened its doors.
Upon entering Gostišče Danica restaurant, you will be enveloped by a feeling of home comfort, created by details connected to Bohinj tradition. The space is furnished with products from local artisans and Slovenian origin. A traditional wood-burning stove adds warmth to the room, particularly in cooler months. In the winter garden, every bite will be a special experience, not only due to the full Bohinj flavors, but also because of the exceptional view of the southern Bohinj mountains. On cooler days, a prominent view of the Julian Alps will pleasantly warm you with a fireplace.
The menu of Gostišče Danica focuses on authentic Bohinj flavors, incorporated into traditional dishes with a modern twist.
