In House Kitchen RADUHA is a continuation and respect for the story of outstanding cooks my mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. I am a believer in forms, colors, scents, and tastes. It is no coincidence that the expression 'GOOD TASTE', originally a tasting, has gained a general meaning in all branches of art and life itself. I strive for my plates to speak for themselves and for me. Through the quality of the dishes on the plates, I pass on nature and all its shades to people in my own way, seasoned.

Constant ingenuity and inventiveness are inherent in the culinary profession. Because I want to combine culinary knowledge, tradition and originality, I am constantly looking for new ideas and flavors. Tradition is a wealth that I deeply respect and try to pass on to the younger generation. The whole family is a pearl of this gastronomic corner, which gives us the opportunity for free expression.
