Our restaurant's origins date back to 1754. Although the original owners weren't our ancestors, the name 'Čubr' has been preserved since then. We are a family-run business, with the hospitality tradition passed down to the third generation.
Initially, our predecessors primarily served cold dishes, but we have continuously expanded our menu over the years.
We're more famous for our seasonal specialties than for specific dishes from our permanent menu.
Our offer changes daily, so it's always worthwhile to call and ask what specialities we can offer you on that particular day.
Each year we organize various social events. We've been hosting the internationally renowned Beaujolais Nouveau tasting event for several years now. This meeting has become a real tradition. You can find more information about this and other events in the 'Events' section.
