The house is located in the upper part of Logarska Dolina, known as Kot, near the Kotovec stream bridge.
The house is open from May 1st to October 15th. There are 120 seats in the three dining rooms, a service counter with 26 beds, and no shared beds. There are restrooms and sinks with hot and cold water, central heating, running water, electricity, and a telephone. As part of the Logarska Dolina complex, there is also the Orlovo Gnezdo refreshment area nearby the Rinka waterfall.
