Discover B-restaurant on the rooftop of the InterContinental Ljubljana hotel, where the restaurant, open terrace, and bar extend to the 20th floor. With a magnificent 360-degree view of Old Ljubljana with the castle on one side and the Alps on the other, the bar and restaurant offer spectacular views.
The open kitchen reveals a glimpse into Alfred's world, where his team creates traditional Mediterranean dishes, harmoniously blending Italian and Slovenian cuisine. The dining area is elegant yet recognizable and accessible, with an emphasis on a wide selection of Slovenian products.
Located between the sea and the mountains, the chef has easy access to the best ingredients from both worlds. An important addition to the wine list will be excellent wines from Slovenian and surrounding regions. Our bartenders will create the most original and innovative cocktails in the city.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm, pleasant and lively. In the morning, B-restaurant offers breakfast mainly for hotel guests, while at lunchtime and dinner it welcomes guests and locals.
