Basic Information
Located at 1450m on Lešanska Planina, owned by the Leše Agricultural Community, this open-style mountain hut offers stunning views of Kriška Gora, Tolsti vrh, Košutija, Storžič, Javornik, Stegovnik and Grintavci.
This hut primarily cares for livestock but welcomes hikers and visitors with simple, homemade shepherd's food, fresh and sour milk (from the milkmaid), yogurt, whey, homemade fruit juice, pastries, and occasionally homemade bread. They also offer drinks in returnable packaging, such as mountain tea and homemade spirits, and maintain a traditional market atmosphere.
